Refund Policy

VAXEL Academy strives to offer an unique learning experience with a focus on small private online courses (SPOC), led by experienced facilitators in a conducive learning environment (VAXEL LMS). Unlike generic course providers we DO NOT offer self paced pre recorded video courses with voice overs; instead we focus on offering interactive, in-depth live online classes whereby learners can interact, share and learn with their peers. Pursuant to the same we have made significant investments in content development, platform development, faculty development to ensure that learners get a superior learning experience.

Once a learner enrolls for a live online class ecourse he/she gets access to conceptual pre recorded videos, access to the LMS and a pre assigned live online classroom with scheduled weekly (weekend/weekday) online sessions, access to PDF/PPT/MS Excel based learning resources/tools/calculators and access to the learners forum. This ensures that learners can immediately access and regularly attend the rigorous online training for their program.We expect learners to be clear that they are willing and able to commit to the program for it’s entire duration and as these programs are scheduled live online class based programs we are unable to offer a refund, however if a learner has genuine issues we can accommodate them in subsequent batches depending on feasibility.

In the event that VAXEL is unable to accommodate learners in a follow on batch, VAXEL may at it’s discretion, issue a credit note with a maximum 1 year validity, thereby enabling a learner to enroll for any future batch within 1 year of issue of the credit note and learner will not be liable to pay revised fees over and above that had been paid.

Under NO circumstances VAXEL issues cash refunds and the same must be kept in mind by learner/employee sponsoring entity before learner enrolls for any VAXEL program.
